c. Access: Members will have access to the program's online resources and services for the duration of their membership.

4. Payment and Renewal

a. Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

b. Renewal: Memberships may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal fees will be charged as specified in the membership agreement.

• Upon successful payment and registration, your KAYAPALAT 24 program begins immediately from the following day.
• You'll gain immediate access to personalized services provided by your dedicated personal coach.

2. Personal Coach Services:

• Your personal coach will reach out to you within 3 hours of program commencement to initiate your personalized guidance and monitoring.
• The coach will tailor services to your individual needs, providing real-time guidance, support, and regular check-ins as outlined in your membership package.

1. Membership Fees: All fees paid for the KAYAPALAT 24 Program are non-refundable. Once payment is processed and membership is activated, no refunds will be issued.
2. Service Satisfaction: While we are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our members, the nature of our program involves personalized guidance and support, making it impossible to guarantee specific outcomes or results.
3. Exceptions: In rare circumstances, such as technical errors in our services or failure to provide promised benefits, KAYAPALAT 24 may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
